Multiple file uploads

When browsing a target file system i like to upload local tools.

Can you add functionality so we can upload multiple files at once rather than 
one at a time.

I'm still willing to do this, but I'd prefer to work on this feature when I 
have more time to test it. It's going to be a little delayed.
