Fix Combining Comma Above (◌̓, U+0313) poor rendering
The Combining Comma Above (◌̓, U+0313) is used as a diacritic mark in some North American indigenous languages such as Heiltsuk, but in the Inter font family is poorly rendered.
Steps to reproduce:
- Open LibreOffice Version: 25.2.3.2 (X86_64) Build ID: 520(Build:2) CPU threads: 4; OS: Linux 6.14; UI render: default; VCL: gtk3 Locale: es-AR (es_AR.UTF-8); UI: es-ES Calc: threaded
- Type H̓áust̓i using the Inter or Inter Display font.
Actual result:
The Combining Comma Above (◌̓, U+0313) is placed over the á and i (see screenshots).
Expected result: The Combining Comma Above (◌̓, U+0313) should be placed above the H and t.
There are no anchors on the /uni0313, so it does not connect to the base characters.
