Small text appears faint on iOS 16

Describe the bug Since using Inter version 4.0, small text appears to render very faint when using iOS 16.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Visit simple demo I've created at https://sqk53f.csb.app/ using iOS 16.
2. Observe that the paragraph text with a font size of 14px displays very faint.

Expected behavior Text does not appear faint.

My customers are reporting the same issue - the font also became very thin! This seems to be a huge problem

@edhollinghurst Thanks for the tip on the version - it looks like apple fixed this in 16.4+ versions and I have confirmed some users were indeed on older versions and updating has resolved in a fix for them
