Tilde vertical position different fraction slash vs. fraction char

Describe the bug

When using ~1⁄2 (u+2044) vs (u+00bd) the vertical position of the ~ is different.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Render ~1⁄2 m ~½

Expected behavior The tilde should have the same vertical position

  • OS: iOS 15
  • Version of font: 3.19

This happens because the computed fraction (from the frac feature) is not recognized or classified as a "capital height" character and so the tilde is not replaced with a version adjusted for tall characters.
