Cyrillic "ц" has problem in bold weigths

Cyrillic letters "ц" and "щ" have the same small part on the right bottom corner. "щ" is OK now. The problem is with "ц": the bolder is the weight, the worse is the problem.
It's connected to the issue #225 - probably is has better description. The issue is closed now, but the problem is still present.

I can't confirm such a strong horizontal tail offset (ц) as in the screenshot above (in the latest build).
But I can demonstrate a different kind of problem:
Tails of these letters must be constructed identically.

Also geometry and letter alignment in "Inter Display" is broken.
@rsms I reinstalled the font from the provided link: font Inter-3.19. Thanks for the advice!
Cyrillic letter "ц" is better now, but it is still have difference with cyrillic "щ" with the same ending part:
