double first character

When I type, the first character I type is duplicated.

This is still an issue. This only happens for me using Romaji input (alpha input via Japanese)

Please provide:

  • macOS version (apple > about this mac)
  • Messenger app version
  • Locale your system is configured to use (e.g. en_US, en_EN, en_UK, sv_SE, etc)
  • Keyboard (e.g. US english, Intl. English, Swedish, etc)
  • Verification that this is not an issue when using messenger.com in Safari

  • It's not an issue on messenger.com

Also as @simonyangme said, it only happens using the romaji input source.
