Settings Icon behind close/minimize/grow buttons

The settings icon shows up behind the close, minimize, grow buttons which is difficult to get to and not aesthetically pleasing. Not sure if this is a bug or a limitation?

just noticed this is referenced in #102 and #103, but I still have it in version 0.1.7 (Running OS X 10.11.3)
