Is there a V3?

I see it long times since last update. But have to say I still use it and love it. Only one problem: I cant find a download for V3.0.0, but at the website I find the changenotes for it. https://vingester.app/guide/#/changes

I also still use this app all the time. I spotted those patch notes a while ago as well. Unfortunately I don't think the update was ever actually finished or released.
