Good news. All tests passed on NonStop x86 at commit 19ab700fb0.
FYI: all tests pass on NonStop x86 when 63bf7df4b6 is merged onto 14951ef01f.
I am reopening #17537 because this branch is being actively modified and will continue testing at least daily.
I have rebased to remove all of the mixed reverts. Requesting another look at this.
