Getting javascript errors in control panel

Exact same errors here. It works correctly on the first channel I added it to, but the second channel displays these errors.

I haven’t been able to replicate this bug. Any ideas why? Maybe it’s a conflict with another add on? I’d welcome a pull request if anyone can figure this out.

It's quite possible.

The channel that's working has only Text, Wygwam, and Assets as the other field types.

The channel with the error has Bloqs, Date, and Time Select fields as well. If I get a chance this week I'll play around with it and see if I can narrow it down (but my guess is the Date field since it fires a JS datepicker).
