craft-cli Undefined index: SERVER

Undefined index: SERVER_NAME

Hi,

I have a filter that uses craft()->getBaseUrl(), but this plugin does not seem to fill the $_SERVER globals, so this crashes the taskrunner.

I am using the --environment argument.
