Add Named loggers and StackTrace field

Yes, it's all from zap :) I think that Named sub-logger as described here is really cool feature and option to add current stack trace as field with *Event function will be nice too.

P.S.: there are minor ugly when Console Formater prints log without message (two spaces in a row).
