You are installing with a custom configuration path parameter (`-config`) but then reading the default path (by not providing the same `-config` parameter). I hope it make sense.

Sorry I got confused between --config and --config-file. In your case the install is probably editing an existing config, so you get a merge of your --configs with the ones...
