genome circular issue about unicycler?
(1) What method does unicycler use to determine the “circular” of contigs? (2) Is it only for the contigs to be judged separately?
For example, I use unicycler to assemble 5 contigs (1, 2, 3, 4, 5), and contig 2 and 3 are judged to form a circle (circular=true). Contig1, 4, and 5 are not judged as circle. Does unicycler have measures to further determine the remaining contigs that are not circulared? thanks @rrwick
Also, I would like to know the status "complete" in the'Bridged assembly graph' section, does it mean that contig is "circular"?
How many reads of the start-end of the contig sequence are overlaped with each other to indicate “circular”?
what's depth is good?
thanks a lot, looking forward to your reply.
