run time of Aligning reads

one data ,long read ，mean depth about 50x ，the program seem to stop at "Aligning reads"， it has passed 7 hours, the file read_alignment/long_read_alignments.sam.incomplete updated 6 hours ago. I used another data , about 50x ,this time it run 2 hours .

I want to know the reason ，what's wrong with the first data , or the enviroment is not normal in that moment. ?
