Reference data necessary for Braken.

For your extension of the GTDB, it would be great if you could provide the full Kraken folder from which to build a Braken database.

i.e. from Braken's documentation

${KRAKEN_DB} is the path to a built Kraken database which also must contain:

  • the taxonomy/nodes.dmp file
  • and library sequences *.fna, *.fa, or *.fasta in the library directory.

I wanna figure out if we must need a bracken database to translate <.krak2> into <.report>, for further visualisation.
