Demultiplex with Deepbinner and Albacore

Hi, to obtain demultiplexed reads agreed by Deepbinner and Albacore, you suggest to run Deepbinner first and then Albacore. If I do not want to mess up the folders because Deepbinner involves fast5 file moving, is running Deepbinner bin on Albacore demultiplexed reads (--reads albacore_barcode01.fastq) the similar thing?
