Chimeric reads

Hello,

Does Deepbinner recognize chimeric reads and is it able to split them or put them aside? If not, do you plan to implement such feature? Because according to Xu et al. 2018 (https://www.frontiersin.org/articles/10.3389/fmicb.2018.02225/full), the major source of cross-assigned reads during Albacore demultiplexing come from the chimeric reads.
