Circular contigs in the graph file displayed with funky shapes

Hi

First of all thanks for a very cool tool. It is very handy to visualise the assemblies and provides a great understanding of how stuff is connected.

I have found that sometimes circular contigs in the graph are displayed nicely as circles but every now and then they get funky shapes as they are sort of twisted into infinity symbols or odd shapes. It would be awesome if this could be fixed as it can make the graphs even more visually pleasing.
