chore: reduce flakey test due to '[vite] connected' message

Ignore vite console messages in rrweb test utils. This sometimes pops up and triggers a failure in the rrweb-plugin-console-record project. Reason why this change is done in rrweb and not in rrweb-plugin-console-record is because rrweb-plugin-console-record uses stingifySnapshots from rrweb in its tests
