Expected Behavior

Here the Css is getting rendered twice in my replayer. Checked the rrweb events and the recorder itself is capturing duplicate elements.

There was already an existing ticket created but i guess the solution is not yet there in newer version.

Actual Behavior

1. Elements should display only once
