Proper Github Project Board for Easier Tracking and Porting

We should make a proper project board, preferably in Github so that we can organize and track the development of eXdupe and also make it easier for people porting it and to track the porting. I think we should start with tracking ports for:

• C library
• CLI Tool (which i think we should remove the old one and make a new one in v4 thats just a wrapper for the library)
• Debian packaging
• NPM/node packaging ? (not sure how)
• Arch User Repository Packaging
• DNF EPEL Repository Packaging
