Support AMCREST IP4M-1051

Hi, thank you for your custom integration! I recently tried to migrate from the old Amcrest integration to yours and everything is working fine for my Dahua cameras, as well as the AMCREST, except for a small error in the logs for the IP4M-1051 model.

Error from stream worker: Not Found error opening stream (HTTP_NOT_FOUND, Server returned 404 Not Found, rtsp://****:****@192.168.x.xxx:554/cam/realmonitor?channel=0&subtype=1)

I am able to retrieve the stream with VLC but with a small variation in the URL: on channel 1 and subtype 0 and 1 but not on channel 0 :

rtsp://****:****@192.168.x.xxx:554/cam/realmonitor?channel=1&subtype=0

Can i fix it by my side and/or can be fixed in next release please ?
