Disarm entity state out of sync with its own logbook

I'm seeing a strange behavior when arming/disarming using the DMSS app.

When I disarm (toggle disarm to true) using the DMSS app, after a few seconds I can see the state change in the entity logbook:

But that same entity UI doesn't get updated for quite a bit:

I find this quite odd, as the integration seems to have the most up to date state but the entities don't show it in their UI. 😅

Any ideias what could be happening? Can I help debugging this somehow?
