Update NTP server from Home Assistant

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I don't give my amcrest doorbell cameras internet access so the times are wrong. I'd like to update their ntp servers so they get correct time.

Describe the solution you'd like I'd like a way to update the NTP servers from the home assistant UX

Describe alternatives you've considered I am also considering trying to see if I can get my dhcp server to hand out an NTP server.
