Brightness level - illuminator

Hi,

I have two cameras IPC-HFW3549T1-AS-PV. When i switch on the illuminator on HA, it always puts the light brightness at level 39% (even if i put it at level 10% in settings of the camera).

How can i choose the brightness level of illuminator in HA ?
