Installer UI inconsistency - Not Urgent

Not breaking or a major bug, "Show the Wizard Wiki" shows up twice on the last page of the installer. Not a big deal whatsoever.

I ran a test install. Here's what I see.

Please try to uninstall and re-install to check if that text shows twice.
