calcmeth sample size concern

Hello rrazaghi, Say if I want to use the average pct and standard deviation for some t tests between samples, would the coverage field be appropriate used as a sample size in the calculation? Or do I need use CpG site depth in the BAM covered by the BED intervals? Please let me know if the t test idea doesn't make sense at all, too. Thanks
