North-East USA (New York) connections fail at https://dumb.lunar.icu/ due to SSL error (may get resolved if author is made aware)

https://privacydev.net/services.html does not list dumb as a hosted service

also, https://github.com/rramiachraf/dumb-instances is linked on this repo's README.md but that repo is private or does not exist
