License file missing in PyPi sdist

I'm looking at packaging urwid_readline into Fedora, since it's the missing prereq needed to update our 4-year-old Pudb package. But while working on the submission, I discovered that the urwid_readline-0.13.tar.gz sdist downloadable from PyPi is missing the LICENSE file(s).

It's not a problem — a license file is required for packaging in Fedora, but I've used the archive tarball downloadable for the GitHub tag. All of the repo files are there.

I just wanted to alert you to the issue, so you can correct it for future packages.
