Add an optional manual review function?

Some preamble🙁 My English is not very good, I hope you can understand what I mean...

Why I have this idea🤔 I have been running Booru for a month and found that there are undesirable elements sending inappropriate and sen sitive content to it, which is very bad for other users if it is passed directly without review.

The main content of the idea💡 Add a review staging area that only admins can see, move posts made by regular users to the review area so that only admins and users can see the post until the review is complete

Additional ideas💡 It would be better if the results could be sent to the user who uploaded them after the review is completed
