Permit moderators to view what anonymous user uploaded a post

For booru sites with anonymous uploads as an option, moderation is a bit of a hassle, as there is no way for an moderator to view what anonymous user submitted a post. It'd be nice to be able to preserve the uploader as an extra permission, even when the post is uploaded anonymously (when possible; I recognize that this won't be possible for szurubooru sites that offer accountless uploads).

The usecase is basically:

  • Imagine user X submits a lot of extremely illegal content to site foo.
  • If X did so without checking the upload anonymously box, site moderation of foo would be able to remove this content and remove the account of user X for submitting this sort of content.
  • If X did check the box, foo's moderation team would be unable to determine who submitted this illegal content and therefore would be unable to remove the account of X for doing that.

This would de-anonymize the user (obviously, in this hypothetical scenario that's not a bad thing), thus making "anonymous" an inaccurate descriptor..

There are many reasons a user may want to upload something to a website with the security of anonymity that are not for illegal purposes.
