Feature request: User-based tag blacklisting

As a regular or higher-permission user, I would like to be able to give a list of tags that are considered "blacklisted". I would put those tags somewhere in my user settings, and when browsing posts, posts that are tagged with at least one of my blacklisted tags will not appear for me.

I would prefer if the blacklist were associated with the user account rather than localstorage or other browser-based persistence; if I log in to the szurubooru server from any computer anywhere, I'd like to have the same blacklist.

Is this something that would be considered within the scope of this project?

It's certainly something that would be within scope, but it might be a bit challenging for me to take care it myself (at least time-wise).

I just got szuru running and love it, but the lack of a blacklist is my big complaint. Definitely something I hope to see in the future
