New maintainer?

Good morning! Being a number of releases behind RQ, and a number of PRs to catch up not being merged, I wondered if you'd be open to handing over maintenance to another github account to get the project up to speed?

I guess someone could fork to a Flask-RQ3, in the same vain how Flask-RQ2 itself came to be. :wink: Considering this myself since we're currently maintaining our own fork, but I'm unfortunately not sure I have the capacity to do anything more than covering our own needs.
