Update version on Chrome Web Store

According to https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/mosh/ooiklbnjmhbcgemelgfhaeaocllobloj, the latest version there is 0.4.5 (Jan 20, 2017), while the repo indicates that the latest version is 0.5.4.

Should they be more in sync?

A new release is really needed. In the interim, you can find more-or-less HEAD in the "Mosh (dev)" app in the Chrome Web Store.

v0.5.5 (SHA 7d9173eaff222b1eefe16d878184d78f2b428086) just landed on "Mosh (dev)". All it does is update hterm (terminal emulator), which is an external dependency that's moved a lot even since the last dev-track release. I'm going to let that bake for a few working days, then promote it to stable.
