I shouldn't have to open an issue to comment, close, edit, etc. I should be able to right click and get a menu of commands in the issue list.
Close an issue with a comment, The issue is removed, so does not appear in the issue window, but the comment is appended to the window anyway.
Not sure why, the XAML looks the same as in my other extension.
It would look a lot better, but need to watch the request limits.
