Proportion test for two groups of samples with multiple replicates each?

Hello, Do you think this is a valid method if one has two conditions with multiple replicates each? In that case, the sample identity is the condition, rather than the orig.ident of the cell. Or do you recommend using a method that takes into account variation between replicates? Thanks for this nice implementation! Rebecca

Hi @rpolicastro Yeah I would like to second this, nice and easy to use tool btw! but yeah would be great if "orig.ident" is used for whatever number of 10X captures/replicates from which then to normalise cell propotions numbers for each capture replicate, and change "sample_identity" into a more "condition test" (e.g Stimulated vs Wild-type).
