dnf system-upgrade reboot starts the upgrade but fails

System doesn't get upgraded when I do the dnf system-upgrade reboot While rebooting, it does show. "Upgrading system, this may take a while" for 10-15 sec but then reboots into older version I am trying to shift to rawhide from F26 This is the relevant system upgrade log - https://paste.fedoraproject.org/paste/gzMF-9OMv97HJd8gdWzLqQ
