"Catastrophic error" every time I try to use it

I know I definitely installed it correctly, but every time I load it, the error message pops up. I'm on windows 11, got the original game from steam. Doesn't seem to work with older versions or other modloaders either. I've got no mods installed, either way it gives the same error.
