[script][carve-lockpicks] Rewrite

Adds a counter to track grandmasters/masters picks total, spits that out at the end, especially useful for figuring out how many rings you need.

made the whole process into a loop, instead of an endless method call.

fixed some sloppy bputs

reworked lockpick stowing to account for full bags
