locksmithing.lic vs pick.lic mindstates

Not really a big issue, and probably no one noticed but me:

When running locksmithing setting pick_live_boxes: true, the script can still use consumable pick boxes when you have boxes available if pick stops before 34/34. It looks like the mindset threshold on pick.lic is 30, and 34 for locksmithing.lic

I was originally treating it as a feature to efficiently top off my locksmithing, but I'd kind of rather save my consumables if I have regular boxes available.

Possible solutions: -Matching mindstate limits. (Honestly can't really come up with a flaw in this simple solution at least for my uses.) -Ability to set mindstate limits for either or both scripts.
