Not yet. I did some quick testing on the help_me updates and those function well, but since it does also touches the 'check for script updates' code I'll try to stand up a non-dev mode environment during/after the holidays.

Will pick back up and try to work on later. Closing and will resubmit under new one given the age/staleness of this one.
