flashlight strobe listener

I was wondering if it was possible to add a listener for the flashlight strobing functionality that can be executed via mobile terminal (mterminal on iOS 8). I was thinking of executing it like so: activator send switch-repeat-flip-flashlight where switch-repeat-flip-flashlight is the listener.
