Double Tap Clock on Lock Screen does not work on iOS 7

I have a tweak that assign itself to three events :

• Hold Status Bar At Home Screen
• Hold Status Bar in Application
• Double Tap Clock At Lock Screen

Only the first two are currently working. Even if I reassign Double Tap Clock At Lock Screen to another action (for example, toggle Airplane Mode), double tapping on the clock at lock screen does nothing.
