Enable Tolerance Specification in Absolute Units

Currently, tol is in units of p.p.m. - a relative unit. It would be convenient to be able to input a value in Da units if the input data was created by an instrument such as SCIEX TripleTOF 6600, rather than a Thermo Scientific Orbitrap.
