Update version on pypi

Hello. I'm using your library in mine project, thank you for it. Could you please release current version on pypi, because right now there is an outdated version with several bugs.

I just cut a release candidate that's up to date with the master branch: https://pypi.python.org/pypi/PythonConfluenceAPI/0.0.1rc5
