Improve CI

  • [ ] Builds should build with (linux, osx) x (gcc, clang) matrix (see #77)
  • [ ] Builds should build the documentation
  • [ ] Builds on master should deploy the documentation automatically
  • [ ] Builds on master should push a release out
  • [ ] ASAN and TSAN should be ran on the CI and fail the build if problems are found
