Hmm, my recollection is that it *did* loop after finishing downloading for a single-URL subscription. I'll try to keep an eye out for it and capture logs if I can...

It may still be that throttling *is* based on video duration. I think *some* of the downloads I tested are longer than 60 minutes so maybe those are the reason...
