Added docs for usage of custom nginx resolvers

As we discussed on this issue: https://github.com/rpardini/docker-registry-proxy/issues/108 Here is an update to the docs that explains how to use a custom configuration for nginx resolvers.

Feel free to change and adjust it if needed :)

Yeah, just tried GitHub's web-based conflict editor and it resulted in... well, I cannot explain what happened. I guess it committed my merge into your fork, but now won't let me merge it in. Anyway, I'm sorry. Can you rebase on your side?

@rpardini Sorry for the crazy delay, I just rebased the commits over the latest master branch. I opened this PR very long ago and you may find it irrelevant today, so feel free to either merge or close it :)
