Problem faced while using VOT dataset

I have an issue while using the FMODetect architecture - I have downloaded and unzipped the VoT dataset that contains images. However what should be given as the foreground and background path in process_dataset_traj.py file ? Should they be same or if in case they should be different, how should we split the dataset into the foreground and background? Help me please
